This site was developed as a Pocket Retail Center
conveniently meeting the needs of walk-in patrons from the
surrounding neighborhood as well as travelers on the
adjacent arterial roadway. As project Landscape Architect
WDG understood that visibility and the character of a clean
and efficient landscape with effective signage were all
paramount to the center's success. WDG designed the
center's landscape and its monument signage to meet &
exceed the client's, tenant's and neighborhood's esthetic
