Site Plan
| Due to the site's viaried topography this property had been viewed as difficult to design as a community retail center. Ultimately, the site plan, an APP Award Winner, set the development at two different levels each relating to its point of entry. These two levels intersected at the apex of two story buildings where an architectural tower announces this point as the Hub of Pedestrian Circulation between levels. The center includes a Federal Post Office, the City's Main Library as well as Cinema and a Major Grocery Store. Robert Wilkinson was site designer / Landscape Architect for the project as Director of Design at Rick Planning Group. |
