Our Client "West Living" choose a rolling site in northeastern
Carlsbad to build a first class retirement community. "Dos
Colinas" will offer over 250 residences from independent
living cottages to assisted living apartments on 45 acres.
WDG developed a wide range of outdoor activity areas for
full time leisure enjoyment. These include four large theme
garden courtyards providing golf putting, Tai Chi meadow,
Swim center, and a formal plaza. Also provided are a small
park with mini amphitheater , flower gardens, a Promenade
and many additional walks looking out over adjacent golf
greens and community gardens to view the daily sunsets in
western skies.
