CENTERPOINTE AT GRANTVILLE sits near Mission San Diego where it responds to the call for High
Density Development identified in the City's "Villages of San Diego" program. As a high density village
this project had to provide a unique sense of place with a positive identity for residents and all whot
visit. WDG crated this character trait with creative and effective streetscapes and public open space
with plazas & site features. An exciting urban landscape where residents can live, work and play.
WDG was selected to the project design team to provide that spark and we made it happen!
