Today’s home building market requires well planned neighborhoods for Active Senior
Citizens. A group of builders selected WDG to lead the physical planning effort of this
100 acre site in the Planned Community of Paseo del Sol . Short streets with ample parkways,
homes with front yard porches and a network of paseo trails created a “Special Place” where
neighbors would know each other. To anchor the neighborhood and give the residents a
place for group activities a large recreation/activity center was placed as the Heart of the
Senior’s Community.
