690 acre site. This master planned community, once a favorite home of Hollywood character actor Leo
Carrillo, has now become one of Carlsbad's premiere address. Many of the homes enjoy views of a
central valley with its natural creek. This valley holds a new Middle School and Historic Park. These
public uses are tied together and to all of the communities neighborhoods by a full system of
pedestrian trails crossing the valley creek by way of a walker's bridge. Robert Wilkinson was the
lead Site Planner / Landscape Architect on this project while at Rick Planning Group.
